A consultation is required to determine the strength of your hair to endure the extension process. Consultations can be done via-email or face to face. If you are a good candidate, you will be required to relax your hair prior to your appointment and color (if needed) AFTER. Conditioner is not recommend but if needed please apply at least one inch away from the scalp, conditioners have a release agent ingredient that may cause the extension hair to shed. Client is responsible for hair purchases, please pay your hair invoice at least one week before hair appointment, hair purchase confirms appointment. If you want to purchase hair from another source, mail or drop off to me asap to prep this will ensure proper application. Hair purchased from another source will not be covered under guarantee. Your appointment date will be approximately one week after your consultation to allow time for you to do all preparations to your hair, as I do not perform ANY chemical or cutting services. DO NOT CUT OR COLOR YOUR HAIR BEFORE GETTING FUSION.
Do not use any products on the hair for 48 hours after fusion is done, and please use only a NATURAL BRISTLE brush.
Other brushes may tear out your extensions and damage your hair.
Maintenance appointments should be kept at least once every two months, once a month for optimal results.
Hair should be shampooed 24 hours before maintenance. Any loose bonds are replaced or repaired. Failure to attend maintenance appointments will forfeit any guarantees on labor and or hair. With proper maintenance you should be able to wear fusion for 3 to 4 months, depending on how quickly your hair grows.

Extensions need to be take out and moved up, every 2-3 months. This is necessary to keep hair growing without any damage. It applys to all type of exts.. The sheeded hair is stuck in attachment of exts. This forms a little dread. If left in longer then 3 months its harder to remove the dread from clients hair, without causing damage. BUT..when done with the proper maintence, every 2-3 months. There is NO-DAMAGE to clients hair.
